Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. • Same-day or less than 24-hour cancellations or reschedules will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Clients arriving more than 6 minutes late will be considered a no-show, charged 100% of the scheduled service, and will need to reschedule online.
