Please give 48 hours notice before your appointment if you choose to cancel/reschedule. I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations/reschedules within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Any SAME day/less than 24 hour cancellations/reschedules will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. (Fees are not waived for any exception) Any no shows will also be subject to a 100% no show fee. If you are more than 5 minutes late, you’re considered a no show and will be charged a 100% fee and will need to reschedule online. *By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to my cancellation/no show policy. **If any fee goes unpaid, the client is no longer able to book future appointments indefinitely.
